Student Awards and Travel Assistance

Student Awards

Students are encouraged to apply to give oral or poster presentations at this conference and to submit manuscripts for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

There will be awards for the best student oral presentation and the best student poster. If you want your oral or poster presentation to be included in the judging for student awards make sure to check the appropriate box on your abstract submission.

Student awards will be announced at the conclusion of the conference.

Travel Assistance

Students giving oral or poster presentations at the conference can apply for travel assistance, to a maximum of $300 per student based on need, distance and availability of funds. Be sure to include the appropriate information on the registration form. You are also encouraged to seek funding from your home university, as assistance is limited.
