SPACE IS LIMITED, so please register early for both the conference and accommodation.

The registration fee is $390 ($450 if you register after March 31st, 2003) and includes the opening reception, attendance at all conference sessions, Tuesday luncheon, Friday luncheon, refreshment breaks between sessions, conference program with summary of abstracts, and the conference proceedings on compact disk.

SAMPAA is offering a limited number of places to full-time students at a rate of $90 on a first-come, first-served basis. The student registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, the opening reception, refreshment breaks between sessions, and the conference program with summary abstracts. Not included in the student rate are the luncheons on Tuesday and Friday, and the Conference Proceedings. Students may purchase tickets in order to attend these events and conference proceedings will be available for purchase following the conference.

Online transactions are handled by a secure server, however, if you are uncomfortable registering online, you may register by phone at (250) 472-4747, or fax at (250) 721-8774. Payment must accompany your registration form. We are happy to accept cheques, money orders, bank drafts, VISA, MasterCard and American Express payments, payable to SAMPAA. There will be a charge for a cheque returned “not sufficient funds.” If paying by credit card, be sure to include expiration date and your signature. If your agency is the exception and requires an invoice, please include a purchase order with your completed registration form.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds for conference Registration will be given if requested in writing to the University of Victoria SAMPAA Conference by March 31, 2003, however, an administration fee of $100 will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2003. Substitutions are permitted. It is suggested that you keep a photocopy of the completed registration form.

You can expect an E-mail confirming receipt of your registration and acknowledging payment. Receipts will be inserted into your delegate kit.
