Sally O'Grady

sally o’gradySally O'Grady is the geomatics and information management specialist at Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site in Nova Scotia, since 1994.  In 2000, Sally was given the national Patricia Roberts-Pichette Award, for enthusiastic leadership and commitment to advancing ecological monitoring and research in Canada.  She was also humbled and honoured to be given the Parks Canada CEO Award of Excellence in 2006, for her exceptional contributions to leadership, creativity and innovations and her work in transforming the research environment with sound protocols that maximized the transfer of research benefits.  Sally joined the SAMPAA team in 2003 and was heartened with the organization’s objectives and mandate.
